Nirmala Rani school caters to the needs of all sections of the society. Admissions are open to all. Generally admissions are made to Std VIII in the beginning of the academic year.

Requirements for Admission

Every candidate for admission must be introduced to the Headmistress in person by one who will be responsible for their conduct and studies.

No candidate shall be admitted expect on an application in the prescribed from accompanied by a Transfer

Certificate. Parents and guardians shall make sure of the name and date of birth of the children before they are recorded in the school register. The name and the date of birth once recorded in the school register cannot be altered without the written permission of the Director of Public instruction.

Satisfactory testimonials of good conduct shall be required from pupils who come from other institutions.

Withdrawals

Application for transfer or Conduct Certificates shall be submitted in writing. They will however, be issued only after two days after the receipt of the application. In case of urgent requirement, Transfer or Conduct Certificate may be issued on the same day on payment of a special fee.

Transfer or conduct certificates shall not ordinarily be issued during vacation.

When an application for transfer or conduct certificate is made after a lapse of more than one year from the date on which the pupil left school a special fee shall be charged.

A transfer or conduct certificates shall be granted only on payment of fee for the whole term in which the pupil last attended school.
